Nicole Dahl-Lowe, Medical Director of Glow, is a MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Nicole is a Master Expert Injector and has over 20 years of experience in facial treatments, laser treatments, and administering injections. Nicole has also trained extensively and mastered the techniques of skin care during her aesthetics and nursing career. She will help you have a calm and positive experience and will assure only the utmost quality in customized patient care that is available today.

Amber is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician with 25 years of experience in skincare and aesthetics. She began her career in 2001 in high-end salons and spas throughout Southern California before opening her own skincare practice in 2006, which she successfully owned and operated for 15 years.
After relocating to Prescott in 2021, Amber continued her career in medical aesthetics and joined Glow Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in 2024.
With decades of hands-on experience, Amber combines her extensive knowledge of skin with today’s advanced treatments and technology. She specializes in laser treatments, RF and traditional microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, chemical peels, and customized corrective skincare.
Amber believes beautiful skin starts with understanding the individual. She takes the time to evaluate each client’s skin, concerns, lifestyle, and goals to create a personalized, results-driven treatment plan.
Her favorite part of what she does is building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
Stephanie Head, LPN, brings nearly 20 years of management experience along with a strong background in bedside nursing. Born and raised in Orange County, California, Stephanie has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2010 and discovered her passion for medical aesthetics several years ago—and hasn’t looked back! She loves helping clients build confidence while enhancing their natural beauty.
In addition to caring for clients, Stephanie will be bringing her creativity to Glow’s social media and marketing, helping share everything that makes Glow special. With her warm and welcoming personality, she strives to make every client feel comfortable, cared for, and like part of the Glow family.
